Look up any hash, address, block number or name.

Description and parameters

Look up anything on Pickle Chain from one string, the way the explorer's search box does: a transaction hash, a mini-block hash, an address (wallet, contract, token or NFT collection), an NFT as 0xCOLLECTION/ID, a block number (decimal or 0x hex), a mini-block as m123, or a Pickle name (alice or alice.pickle). Anything else runs as a text search over tokens, NFTs and labelled contracts. Returns {kind, explorerUrl, data}. Amounts are {usd, eth, wei} or {usd, amount, raw, symbol}: lead with the USD figure and share explorerUrl.

An address's transactions, newest first.

Description and parameters

Page through an address's transactions on Pickle Chain, newest first. The first page (offset 0) also carries the address's latest token transfers, which the explorer does not page. For the address's balances, holdings and names, use inspect.

get_approvals

Open allowances, and the USD they put at risk.

Description and parameters

List the ERC-20 allowances and NFT operator approvals a wallet has granted on Pickle Chain and not revoked: the spender, whether the allowance is unlimited, and the USD at risk. Use it to answer 'what should I revoke?'.

Description and parameters

The newest blocks, transactions or mini-blocks on Pickle Chain, newest first. activeOnly skips blocks with no transactions.

Description and parameters

Live Pickle Chain figures: latest block and mini-block, indexer lag, transactions per second, success rate, transaction and wallet counts, gas price, and ETH and PKL in USD.

No arguments.

search

Find tokens, NFTs and contracts by name.

Description and parameters

Search Pickle Chain's tokens, NFT collections and labelled contracts by name or symbol. For a hash, an address, a block number or a Pickle name, use inspect instead.

list_assets

Every token or NFT collection on the chain.

List Pickle Chain's tokens (kind token: USD price, market cap, holders, verified flag) or NFT collections (kind nft); at most 100, in the explorer's order.

token for ERC-20 tokens, nft for NFT collections.

get_prices

Prices in USD, from the oracle or the Pickle pools.

Description and parameters

Prices, in USD unless the pair says otherwise. With no symbol: every feed of the Pickle oracle (crypto, equities, commodities, indices, FX). With a symbol (btc, ETH/USD, aapl, xau, usd/jpy, PKL): that one price, from the oracle first, then from Pickle tokens priced by on-chain pools (source pickle-pool). A bare symbol means SYMBOL/USD.

symbolstring, optional
A symbol or pair such as btc, ETH/USD, usd/jpy or PKL. Leave it out for every feed.

get_network_info

Chain ID, RPC endpoints, faucet and contracts.

Description and parameters

What a developer needs to connect to Pickle Chain: chain ID 78270, the public JSON-RPC HTTP and WebSocket endpoints, the gas token (ETH), the explorer, faucet and bridge, and the deployed contract addresses.

No arguments.
